"So excited to have a Starbucks in town when we visit! However, twice in 4 days I was given a deformed cup so the lid did not fit. Instead, coffee split everywhere. Please check to see the lids are secured correctly to the cups. Thank You!"

"The young female barista working here in the afternoon needs a lesson on customer service. She lectured me saying that they're not allowed to fill up my iced espresso with cold foam all the way to the top even though I paid $1.25 extra for it. I've been buying this drink for years and never had a problem before going here or at Fleur. Nice way to treat your paying customers on your already expensive coffee."

"Wow, in dozens of different Starbucks I have never received such bad service, this is a newer Starbucks, maybe they should close it and start over! I ordered a “London Fog” and it was deliver cold and without the critical ingredient, Vanilla flavoring. When I requested the vanilla, I was told, very abruptly, that it did not have vanilla. They reluctantly put in the vanilla and when I told them it was also cold, they snapped at me and refused to remake it as a hot drink. They did relent, but only after telling me I was wrong. Do not come here if you want service"

"Customer service is great. A mistake was made on my drink (added lemonade to a drink that I asked for no lemonade). I didn't know until I got to work. I called in because i couldnt drink it and wasnt aire what the policy was for a refund or soemthing, and they offered to fix it. I came back the next morning (just now) and they were completely friendly and remade the drink."

"The place is very clean and had a very nice atmosphere. My drink was suggested by the barista and exceeded my expectations. While there I mobile ordered a sandwich and it was ready within minutes. I’ll definitely stop there again."
