"I was new to the area when I became pregnant in fall of 2020. I asked around and CHI was recommended, and I went with Dr. Hirai. At first, I did feel a little off when I met her, but brushed it off as pregnancy hormones. I continued seeing her throughout some of my pregnancy, and soon realized it was not me being hormonal. The doctor became pushy with her opinions, on certain topics, and a bit condescending. I no longer felt comfortable trusting my baby or myself to someone who was adamant about what she wanted, rather than what I knew was best for my baby and myself. Especially since this was not my first pregnancy and/or baby. I ended up leaving her, and found a wonderful doctor."
