"We tried to visit a hour before closing. A hand written sign on the door said the lobby was closed. At the drive through we were told all of their blenders were not working."

"i’ve only been here twice. first time was great, I tried one of their new smoothie bowls and it was super good. just went here for the second time in the drive thru and I waited almost an hour. finally got my smoothie bowl and it’s super watery and the mangoes aren’t ripe. not even the consistency of a smoothie. terrible experience. waiting almost an hour for a smoothie bowl that’s $12 and it’s not even good. absolutely terrible experience and will not come here again."

"Great service most of the time and love the smoothies. Biggest complaint is the unreliable hours. Pulled into the drive through at 8:45 all lights were on and employees were there. No one responded or said anything. Waited 5 minutes and then they turned the lights off. Have had several instances of this location closing early. Never had any issues with the Waukee location just would prefer not having to drive the extra ten minutes but guess I'll take my business elsewhere."
