"Worst Location I have been to in the Metro area, the drive thru wait time is always long and the coffee is always watered down or tastes burnt. Today we placed a mobile order for drive thru that was estimated to be ready at 10:16AM, we waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, arrived at the speaker at 10:17AM and still had to wait for our order. Both sandwiches were cold and soggy. My cold brew was extremely watered down and cold foam was melted. My husbands White Mocha had a bitter burnt taste. Not worth the $25 we spent."

"We frequent this location and never had any issues until today. My family's order was not correct. There were multiple staff members working multiple drinks on multiple orders and unfortunately we ended up with 2 incorrect drinks. We didnt notice until we made it all the way back home as the coffee was hot to drink at pick-up. Unfortunately $30 is to much to pay for mistakes. I would rather pay $30 for slower but correct service."

"I always get a venti iced shaken espresso with VANILLA cold cream foam on top… and only at this location my foam doesn’t taste like vanilla at ALL. And the foam melts in seconds? Not sure why but I have already told them and I feel like they don’t make the foam When the drink is ordered .. they have it premade to save them time and this isn’t right . Very upset. Not okay how drinks are made at this location . Please make foam and drinks when requested and not have the foam premade . It taste a lot better when you make it at the moment ."

"Starbucks in Grimes! Finally!! If you don't mind the short wait for your ritual Starbucks, this location is great. Little bit of a wait since it's new and the only Starbucks storefront in the neighborhood. Drinks made as expected. Flavors were spot on and made as requested. Service was ok, nice. Full staff (I saw 7 employees) on a Friday and Saturday morning. They were whipping those orders so fast. Online orders were very popular. Drive through was lined up to 8 cars long in parking lot. I dined in and watched the orders being made. I didn't wait long inside. Maybe 5 min max. Total came to $11.xx for two drink after gratuity. Seating and decor inside is modern and comfy. The old photos show a high top table in the middle of the cafe but it recently changed to this long connected lounge booth and three sets of tables. I like this set up waaay better. Limited seating and can get packed very quickly. Average loudness inside since it's small and people were packing it up. I probably wouldn't study here. It's ok for a coffee meet but don't expect space for quiet talk. Can't wait for outdoor seating to open up! Overall it was a nice visit. I would visit again and recommend if you're in the neighborhood and want your Starbucks fix."
