"Cashier was unfriendly, you could tell she was frazzled although they weren’t even that busy(we had one person in front of us). We waited 32 minutes for a plain cup of hot coffee and an iced mocha! We watched them serve car after car while we waited. For some reason the people that come in aren’t as important as those in the drive through. I said something to the young gal working, she finally slopped my drink together and sat it up there. No “I’m sorry for the long wait”, no eye contact or anything! I’m disappointed and appalled at the lack of customer service. We go to Jordan Creek Smokey Row several times a week and have never been treated this way, nor have we ever had to wait over a half hour for coffee! We weren’t the only ones complaining, one guy told them he had to go, just forget it and left without getting a refund. The guy in front of us only ordered a cup of tea. He asked about it 3 times, he still didn’t have his tea when we left!"

"Employees need trained on how to make a basic cup of coffee. What was made today would barely qualify as weak tea. I'm guessing they just aren't changing the grounds when they make coffee which is gross on it's own. This place needs some kind of adult supervision."

"Very nice, new space, pretty good food. Why only 2 stars? No matter what latte or coffee we order, all the employees barely fill the cup 3/4 full, if that... And that's with foam or no foam. Since ALL employees do it the same, this has come from management. If I'm paying $5+ for a coffee, I expect a full cup! So now my family and I just go into the attached Hy-Vee Fast n Fresh, get a nice "bean to cup" Caribou Coffee in there for $1-$2 max and it actually tastes better, in our opinion, then we just sit in Smokey Row and enjoy the nice atmosphere without overpaying for less/inferior coffee. (Although granted, Smokey Row coffee is usually good.) Not cool Smokey Row... You know what you're doing and people notice!"

"Feels a little weird walking up to a gas station to work but this coffee shows a great atmosphere to get some work done. Has different indoor and outdoor sitting spaces for a variety of work styles. Ask for a ceramic mug if you're getting reg. coffee to get free refills"
