"Update: 03.02.24 with 5 people behind the counter you would think 1 could maybe clean tables and empty the trash cans that were full and tables not clean. Donuts were good, not stale. 2023 It was slow service, only one person getting donuts, two for drive throug, and 1 for coffee. This is a problem here... that one person for donuts was using 1 gloved hand to collect the donuts for customer donut boxes. He used it for at least 5 customers ahead of me. He even used the same gloved hand to open his drink container in between customers and to handle money transactions. Lucky for me, he finally pulled off that glove and put on a new one before I got my donuts. Not very sanitary if you ask me. Going back to this one??? Not if they keep using those practices I'm not and neither should others."

"Sent hubby to get donuts today. They were horrible, tasted like they were a week old. Stale, hard, and not worth the $14 I spent on them. I've tried giving this location a chance time and time again. This is the last time, I won't waste money here again."

"It seems as though this location has really gone down hill, especially recently. I went this morning (6/12) and ordered 4 donuts, 2 double chocolate and 2 chocolate sprinkle. I also ordered 10 cinnamon munchkins. The person taking the order started to take my order, then said, “hold on” and no one came back for about 3 to 4 minutes. Someone came back and retook my order. I get my order all in one small bag, the munchkins at the bottom and the 4 donuts with chocolate just thrown on top with chocolate everywhere, including the outside of the bag. I get home and take it all out and there was so much chocolate on the inside of the bag that some of the donuts didn’t have any chocolate on them. I understand that finding help these days is hard, but this was bad. I will probably be taking my business elsewhere from now on, considering my last few experiences over the last 3 to 4 months hasn’t been great."
