"As a parent my main concern when I am not around is knowing that my little man is loved and well taken care of! I have no doubt that this is happening at Hand In Hand. The communication from his teachers is amazing and he is always happy to see all of his teachers. I also love getting the pictures and videos of him that they send everyday!"

"I recently used Hand in Hand Tower location for drop in care for a 1 year old and 3 year old and it went great. Coordination and communication with the office staff was a breeze. The facility was nice and clean. The caregivers were very friendly and ratios appeared very reasonable. My kids were happy, clean and 3 year old reported having made new friends. Would definitely come back again."

As a parent, I know each day that my kids are getting the best care they could be receiving (and they LOVE going to school). We are always greeted each morning with smiles and happy faces! As an employee, this is a company that genuinely cares about the well being of the staff. The directors are understanding and will (and do) go above and beyond to show their appreciation for ALL staff, no matter what their job title is! I would recommend this establishment to anyone in need of childcare, along with anyone in the education field in need of employment!"

"I was employed at the Hand In Hand Towerlane location over the summer and let go for reporting child abuse/negligence/ mistreatment of staff to the supervisor at this location. It’s not the staff. It’s the supervisors/owners. I had to have emergency dental surgery after weeks of me asking and them vocally denying me time off to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had to call in sick to get a severely infected tooth removed or risk septic shock. and when I called in, one of the owners told me I was “inconsiderate” and that I would have to close every night that week for my negligence. It seemed like she was punishing me for being sick after they refused to let me leave. Not an empathetic place. If you want your children safe and happy, go elsewhere immediately.Please. And if you are thinking about working here, when last I left (September 2018) the work environment was toxic even though the other teachers were kind."

"The staff in the babies room are very attentive and loving. I feel completely comfortable with them. My daughter was recently sick and the worry on their faces was just as strong as mine, so I know they truly care for their little friends! My one reason for not giving five stars is the size of the room and the fact that it’s hard for babies as they grow to be in such tight quarters."
