"Waited 35 minutes for our food. I ordered a the French toast breakfast meal; my food was luke warm when it reached our table and the French toast was okay but the eggs & bacon tasted leathery. My spouse's food was good and enjoyable. The staff need retrained and better people skills."
"Have been her twice ,both times the food was awesome, the workers are great and will be back ."
"Tried to go there last week. I had traveled an hour for an early appointment and planned to go for breakfast afterwards. My phone app said this place was open 24 hours and offered dine in or take out. I had dined there many times before the pandemic and it was always great for breakfast!! So, I was looking forward to the same awesome experience. Went inside the casino and walked all the way to the rear only to find the place all boarded up with black panels and black curtains! If your cafe is closed, at least put up a sign outside or somewhere to let people know! What a waste of time! What a joke this place has become!!"
"Caesar's has completely ruined JBs Cafe. The menu has been severely limited, hours of operation are 10pm most days vs. 24/7, removed the ability to text when order is ready to go, removed discount for players card, and they now charge for a drink cup! The casino has free soda, so this makes no sense."
"Ordered a burger with fries, and a chicken fried steak and eggs. Start with the burger, it was mediocre at best, and the fries were not hot and tasted like grease. Now the CFS, the breading was saturated in grease and soggy, the hash browns were so greasy, they left a pool of it on the plate when moved, and the over easy eggs were so undercooked that the whites were still runny."
