"No real changes noticed given all the advertising as to all the quality and specialized types of menu items. In fact, the only real change was the large price increase. What was a affordable family geared place to eat has now evolved into a pricey pit stop with restaurant sitdown pricing."
"Not sure what the issue today was, 1 car in the dual serve thru, I pull up to the 2nd lane. Order takers asks me to hold but forgot to turn off his headset. Casually having a conversation with another employee. Different customer pulls up in lane 1, order taken without issue. Finally comes back to me after 5 mins as I was driving off."
"This is no doubt one of the better McDonald's locations in Omaha! I have never once had an issue with my order, and surprisingly, the fries have always been fresh and hot! We never eat inside, always go thru the drive thru, so I can confidently say I trust them to get things right. We'll be back for sure!"
"This place is always so busy and the wait times are really long in the drive thru as well as waiting inside. I was standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes to grab a coffee and there was no one to get my order. I had to call the location to get someone to come up front cause they were all servicing the drive thru. The manager did get my coffee quickly after. I do like the decorations and look of the place inside."
