"This scooters will not accept your free drinks you get from ordering through the app. They won’t say they don’t accept them, but will decline your online order until you take your free drink off the order. Then it processes with no issue. Seems the workers decline the order until there is no free drink. Cost them a tip too"

"YOU SCAMMED ME! i ordered a drink and cake bites, and the person behind me only ordered cake pops. for some reason they got theirs first and said they would refund me. instead they charged me for another drink that i didn’t pay for. so not only should i have gotten the cake bites, but they charged me for an extra drink and never refunded me for my cake bites. i would put zero stars but that’s impossible."

"The poor employee was shivering at the window. They were told to keep the window open even in this freezing weather. If they're going to be open during a severe winter storm, this store should be allowing their employees to take proper precautions against the weather. This is very disappointing to see how Scooter's Coffee treats their employees. I will not be giving this business my money again."

"I visit this location frequently along with other scooters, the first incident I had ordered a blended turtle and they had given me a carmelicious, I then took the drink inside and they had claimed they changed the recipe. They then remade it with sugar free mocha. I came back tonight (10/29) and they had given me a carmelicious after ordering a turtle, it pretty much had no flavor, and what I could taste of it, im sure it was a pumpkin carmelicious."

"I love Scooter's drink products. I don't live near this location, so I don't come often, but when I do, I like the indoor seating available to relax and enjoy chatting with my family. What I noticed for Scooter's as a company and a franchise, corporate and management need to educate ALL employees how to communicate with the Deaf. I'm a Deaf customer, and some employees still wear masks which makes it much more difficult. The employee at this drive thru window did not pull down their mask OR didn't even write down the price for the order - just expected us to hand over a debit card/credit card. We handed them a gift card and they still did not communicate the total still owed. I'm not against wearing masks, but please learn to communicate better with the Deaf community in Omaha!"
