"This place is definitely the low end of most other McDonald's I've been to. I normally don't even order anything for me, just the family. There were always issues, every single time! So frustrating! However- for the last 10-16 years, there has always been this employee named Heather, who worked the 1st window for the monies. She is always happy and tends to lower my frustrations of being at this particular McDonald's. But I was having a really rough day and this time I wanted to say thank you for always being such a wonderful human being. This store location would suffer greatly without having Heather."

"Had to wait for order. Finally came out but order was wrong. Girl didn't speak English but finally understood the order was wrong, left and finally came back with correct order. $4 fries were have full and cold. Terrible experience."

"Food was standard McDonalds. Service was slow. I waited at the window for two to three minutes and then was asked to park. They brought my food out about 6 minutes later. When I got home they forgot the French fries. I had just driven 9 hours from Chicago so I was not going back just accepted my fate."

"Waited 15 min after ordering in the drive through to get my meal. Seems they lost my order as others were passing by with theirs. No apology or even a coupon for the delay when it finally arrived."

"I came through for six piece, chicken nugget kids meal get home and there’s only five nuggets. Can grown adults not count to 6? I realize it’s one nugget but that’s something I paid for and it isn’t the first time with the same situation."
