"Montrell needs to be fired! I've never had an interaction as rude as I've had today. Upon call and asking what the warranty process was for swapping out my spark plug wire, I was met with an attitude and extreme rudeness and being called out to come down to the store to fight him. This supposed general manager is bad for the company, his employees, and the customers."

"This place is a scam!!! They would put the wrong item on your receipt, effectively making it impossible to return unused parts. Staff at the store is rude and not helpful in any way."

"I was accused of shoplifting the item I had in my hand at the time this "person" approached me in a menacing manner. He's over 6'5 over 200lbs, I'm a 61yr old, 5'4, 100 lbs. I wasn't done shopping, was waiting for his help, and had more than enough cash on me to pay for the $10 item. But he proceeded to accuse me of stealing the item that was ...in my hand. When I started defending myself I was told to get out of the store. In retrospect I should have called the police and filed charges on him. AVOID this store, or touch nothing until you can be escorted around the store. This happened a couple of weeks ago, and I'm probably still too upset to be writing this. I know I'll NEVER go back to that store"
