"I contacted Nohava for some roof repairs this spring. Fully knowing that my roof was out of warranty. (Nohava installed it many years before). Setting up a time for them to come patch it etc was a breeze. However, when the gentleman showed up, there was an HUGE language barrier. We got past that and the roof was patched. So I thought. We got no rain in the following months, if we did, it wasn't measurable. In the last week, we have gotten several inches, guess what, my roof leaks in the SAME locations as before. Understanding that my roof is old, I contacted Nohava just so someone could come make sure that the patches were still in place. What I was told, was that there was no warranty on the patch work, the roof was just old, I needed a new roof. They have been in business X amount of years, and they don't make mistakes. (Human error maybe?) I'm not sure what was relayed to this lady when she returned my call, but she was not very professional. I've worked in management, I've worked in executive customer service. I was not impressed. I have a hard time believing that after investing over $1400 in a project, that they refuse to back their work. I'm a single parent, small business owner who doesn't have $40K to invest in a new roof. It would have been nice to know they wouldn't stand behind their work, I would have NEVER used them. Oh, I also asked them for a quote on the other building I own next door, I never got a response."
