"I awoke to a cold house Super Bowl Sunday. My furnace wasn't working. I called a couple of places to inquire about repair. The first place did not answer and the second said if a repairman came to my house, it would be $250 per hour on a Sunday. I decided to wait until Monday to call for help, but throughout the day, I kept smelling something unusual so called Schempps' emergency number. Mark spent 15-20 minutes with me asking questions, giving advice. He scheduled a time for someone to come to my house on Monday. I ended up calling the gas co. as well.
