"Went inside and got 3 milkshakes. Everyone liked their's but me. They put whipped cream on top,and my mistake I had forgotten they put that on top of every shake so I never said no whipped cream on one. I survived I just scooped it off stuck The straw all the way down to the bottom so it wouldn't get In the Rest of the whip cream that was kind of blended in and when it got to the very bottom which would be the top.I just didn't finish The last little bit. And it was still good, but I'll know next time.Cause the shamrock shake is my favorite so i'm going back"

"Stopped to get Some dinner, food was cold and tasted like it was days old. Also wanted a strawberry shake and it was like water. I said I wasn't going to pay $5.00 for a watered down shake they said it's always like that. Don't think I'll spend my money on food that tastes like its out of the garbage can. No thank you!!"

"Was ordering some food prior to bringing my wife to work. She ordered about three minutes before I did. My order was at curbside and her order was at counter. I went inside and as I was there several minutes my order was coming out but hers was not ready. I checked with her to make sure she ordered everything correctly and she did I went back in and they still didn’t have it ready. My wife had to go to work so I left and called in and they had me returned to the store after dropping her off. A young man ended up helping me and took care of the order which I truly appreciate and that’s the reason why I gave 4 for Service instead of a 2. The other reason I gave Service at four is that two out of three of the people working there asked me if I needed help while they were passing by. Food was good as usual but the coffee came out a little cooler than normal."

"Terrible. Just awful. If I could give them 0 stars on everything I would. My boyfriend and I ordered $15.42 worth of food. Waited 40 minutes for it before I had to leave before I started crying because I was so frustrated. Our order number appeared under the "Now Serving" list and then disappeared from that list without us ever getting our food. I checked both the front and the side where the mobile orders are handed out and our food was nowhere. Couldn't ask a staff member because they were all ignoring the huge crowd in their lobby. One man came out and starting yelling at us that the lobby was closed and we needed to leave. He didn't offer refunds for the food we weren't getting. The lobby did not give the impression it was closed. Both kiosks were open for orders. The lights were on, the door was unlocked, and there were people eating as well as waiting for their food. Terrible management. If they want a closed lobby they need to lock their doors. So to recap, we didn't get our food, we lost $15.42, they have an inaccurate wait list, and the night staff are rude. The only way I'd eat here is through mobile orders where I didn't need to go inside or wait or interact with those people. Edit: Just got told that they never had my order in the kitchen. I paid, got my receipt, and saw my order on the screen but they "never got it"."
