"I went to pre pay as I had a coupon from their business partner. I asked for 20 gallons. Amanda charged me for $20 worth of fuel. The clerk was unable to process my request as she could not figure out what 20 gallons of gasoline costs."

"Be very wary of this one. I did my normal pre-pay with a card at the pump and it did what gas station pumps sometimes do and acts weird. It locked the card in and didn't want to give it up until after I was done fueling, and didn't give out a receipt. It also didn't go through the normal prompts of car wash, etc. which at the moment I though was a nice bonus. Then I move the car to a parking spot to go inside or the receipt. I'm greeted at the door by the asst manager who claimed he though I was going to drive away and was ready to chase me down... keep dreaming big fella. It turns out this has been happening. The machines mess up, and people who may not even know that they didn't pay drive off none the wiser. He revealed that he authorized the pump (I had no way of really knowing this, I'm not a gas station expert) and unless I went in for the receipt I would have had no way of knowing there was no charge until way too late. Why this station wants to create situations where there are problems is beyond me, but the way I see it they are just asking for problems. People driving off that may not know they haven't paid, and the asst manager of questionable intelligence who acts like he looks forward to chasing them into traffic over a tank of gas. Overall I'd give this place a 0 but google doesn't allow that. Don't go near these shysters."

"Don't waste your time at this gas station. Needed gas and a car wash and got to deal with rude employees. Got gas and not told car wash was out until I drove back there. Went inside and just wanted a refund because I live out of town. Anyway they were rude over $13 and said it would be back up Thursday... So instead of being professional they were short and rude with me. That's fine I can go elsewhere. Did not realize you need to verify the wash is open prior to getting gas! So thanks Paul hope this was worth the review for your behavior. Wonder if this is how the rest of Circle Ks are around the US!? Definitely lost my business"

"Poor customer service and sale of service that was not available for the selling. Pumps were still asking customers if they wanted to add a car wash while their car wash had been temporarily closed and was not going to be up for a while. Clerk made excuses she could not deactivate the sale prompt at the pumps even though it was a service they knowingly were not able to provide. Pretty sure it's illegal to sell something you know are not able to provide! This is not ethical business practice by Circle K."
