"We were in lane 2 in the drive thru. A guy spoke asking if we used the app. We said no. Then we waited as they took 2 orders from Lane 1. Attempted to call back, but there was no answer. So, I pulled up and walked in. Found workers standing around and a manager that looked dumb founded. Explained the situation. They apologized, and we ordered. The floor by the drinks was wet and slippery with no warning sign. We waited for 20 minutes for our food (that's not fast food). When we got our order, I could tell based on only receiving one bag that it was not our whole order. They forgot one whole meal. It took a while for them to correct the issue."
"49th and Louise, about 1245pm. I used the app while I was in the parking lot, curbside pick up. Ordered chicken nuggets and fries, the fries are cold, hard and rubbery, I can't eat them. The nuggets were hot though."
