"If someone is paying $9-10 for a Frappuccino with extra mocha or caramel, then there ACTUALLY needs to actually be extra mocha or caramel & not JUST all on the top of the drink. Sometimes it’s all on the sides & top like it should be, other times it’s just plopped all over the top, but then it clumps up & gets stuck to the lid. I’m not going to sit there like an animal licking off extra sauce/drizzle because I paid for it. I started going to this location vs. the one closer to my work because it was usually make the right way, but not lately. Then to want a tip after that is just craziness."
