"Beyond satisfied! Very welcoming right when I walked in the door, prices are great, and very good hours!"
"I bought a pair of boots that were posted on the shops facebook page. I have a hectic schedule, but Amanda was so accommodating and helpful with arranging a time to get them!"
"I have seen firsthand how this business has operated! Prices are determined by the consignor, the time in preparing the item for the sale(whether that be a full/partial scrub down, being taken home for a full wash, then steaming of clothing, tagging, and adding to computer)! Many hours are put into preparing the items for the sale! I have been at this shop with the owner and her family working late hours into the night to get items out only to have several more boxes/bags delivered the next day even after posting the store was full so no drop offs being accepted! So when arriving at the store you may see several items awaiting their departure into the store because the owner is compassionate to her consignors and can’t refuse their drop offs! But this store is clean and always smells great! The items are clearly marked and organized! When items are priced they are determined by what the consignor wants for their items (out of owners control) what it takes to prepare the item, and for the store to make a small share after the consignor gets their portion! This store is where you can find those needed items before having to drive to the city! She puts a ton of hours into this store and to hear complaints about pricing is just sad! This is a consignment store! Supporting a small business and all the consignor families affiliated with this store is worth a few more bucks rather than seeing it go to some large corporation! I will continue to stop in and search this store for my items before ever going to the city to find them! If she doesn’t have them she usually has another suggestion or attempts to find the items for you! It is an exhausting business as so many people have so much they want to dump off and you only have so much room to store the items!"
"Terrible disappointment! Prices are way too high, especially on used items. Store is a mess. Employee not friendly. Was there a few years ago and it was a beautifully run thrift shop, but not any longer. If you aren’t moving your inventory it’s a fail."
"For a second-hand store, this is a very good one. Merchandise is fairly well organized. There isn't an ever-present smell of used gym shoes. There are some real gems, if you know what you're looking at. Owners are friendly and are willing to barter some."
