"I've been with Farmers (Mickey) for 15+ years they've miss spelled my name on my insurance card for majority of that time. I moved 3 years ago and they still have not updated my address. This causes problems when getting pulled over, at the DMV, etc. After asking Mickey twice this week to update this information with no actions being taken I had to finally switch insurance companies. He responded to my emails but didn't acknowledge my requests. In the past we've asked to have me insured on my car but instead they would insure my dad on my car. Stuff like that happened all the time. I should have switched years ago."
