The saleswoman I worked with was smart, friendly and extremely helpful. I knew what type of boot I wanted and she made sure that I got what I was looking for. I also got some boots with the Boa Laces, absolutely love how easy it is to take my boots off."

"Went to get my boots tuff toed there and they said the tube was a bad batch (knowing tuff toe I 1000% know the deal) they replaced my boots and tuff toed them for me to pick up after work that day 10/10 will always use and come back to red wing."

"Hello redwing I am writing this review based on my experience with the store 148 maple. I bought a pair of redwings moc boot. One boot had the wrong shoe lace. I asked to get them both to match. He grabbed some random laces from the back room. And said these are the correct ones. They were not. So the next day I called asked if I could get the correct laces. Said sure come on in. So I drove out there. Again I asked are these the original length laces again they said yes. Well they are not. When the clerk at the store lies over and over. It is very difficult to return for service again Sorry your customer service is terrible and needs attention"
