"Love Shayla!! She is The best! I’ve been going to her for years for Brazilian waxing. She’s always done a fantastic job. It’s important to find someone you feel comfortable with. I always trust that she’s gonna do a great job. I love this location too. The vibe is clean and welcoming. I love the services and the helpful attitudes of the staff. I also love the location and surrounding businesses. I used to go to the downtown location, but I’m really liking the new vibe of this Papillion location."

"I went here for my appointment at 2:00 and arrived at 2:07 and received a text a 2:04 to confirm my appointment. However, When i arrived i was told i could no longer be seen because i was late by 2 min. I am a frequent of the midtown location and NEVER heard of this policy. The lady at the front desk didn’t even give an explanation as to why she sent me a message at 2:04 or show me where this policy is implemented. However, it was no issue when i none person of color was there conveniently at my appointment time and none else was there in the office. I have already reached out to corporate and hope that this lady at front desk learn better customer service and know how to explain and show customers where the policies are other than a i don’t know. If i could give 0 stars i would!"
