"RIDICULOUS!!!! They are rarely there and getting assistance on a claim is extremely lacking. I filed a claim due to a large tree had hit the top and side of my home. As a result, I now have a cracked and pierced roof, an open 4x4 hole on the back side, and the gutters are bent beyond repair. This occurred on a Friday and I called them daily. Nobody knew why I hadn't heard from an adjustor yet. Did not receive a call until Thursday of next week. It goes on from there. I would NEVER recommend the Sioux City IA branch to anyone. I'd feel I'd be doing them a disservice if I said they were kinda ok. I'd say you should probably look elsewhere for your insurance needs."
