"BEWARE - NO follow through after speaking (several times) with customer service regarding MULTIPLE over charges. Attempts with email requests to resolve issues and cancel subscription - unsuccessful - because the response states a call must be made to resolve issues, as the charges keep coming. Very much a scam. This is a pattern and business practice - very disappointing."
