"My fiancé and I bought my engagement ring from this location and everything was great. We decided to get another wedding band for my set to go on the other side. I went in and was told it would be a special order and that I would get a call in 24 hours with the price. I waited two days and there was no call. I called that Friday afternoon (two days later) and the young man that answered said that he would talk to his other manager and I would get a call the next day for sure and guaranteed it. Next day comes… no call. I called towards the end of the day and was met with nothing but disrespect from the young man I had previously talked to. He made me feel like I was a bother for calling and that I wasn’t as important as customers that had actually come into the store. I hung up the phone feeling so disappointed. I called the Jordan Creek location and they helped me right away- made me feel like my inquiry was important and they said they would call me sometime next week with answers to my questions—this was on Saturday. The manager from Jordan Creek called me today as promised and treated us so wonderfully. I will never go to this location for anything ever again."

"I went a few weeks ago to get a ring resized for my beautiful fiancé and they were open at 7:30. Got a call today saying that they have the ring ready. Drove 6 1/2 hours to the Altoona location for this ring to arrive again at 7:30 and for them to not be open. Disappointed to say the least"
