"We came to the ankeny Kay’s location to get our twin 6 month old ears pierced. Sydney and John were wonderful with our girls they were very gentle as well. They pierced both ears at once and they didn’t even cry. Easy fast process. Sandra also was super helpful with our kids and picking out a necklace for our other daughter as well as helping us get our jewelry cleaned."

"Lie to you about what warranty covers, when getting repairs made, they lie about time frame and then are very rude when you ask where your jewelry is. Spent lots of money in this store and definitely won't be spending more after how they treat repeating customers. They have had my wife's opal earing that was supposed to be covered under warranty but the opal quality itself isn't covered. Turned brown after my wife wore them once. Paid almost 400 for a replacement opal and was told would be done within a month. That was on September 1st. Called today and suddenly won't be available until for another month. I think the store lost them and just found them and finally sent them in. Definitely don't recommend doing business there if you want honest fair service."
