"I recently had the best experience I've ever had at Kay Jewelers Jordan Creek. I brought in a watch my husband got me as a gift for resizing. Kimberly was very quick, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We also had a few items that were insured, which I brought in for inspection and cleaning at the same time. For some reason the items were on different profiles and not easily searchable. Kimberly combined all our items into one place that could be looked up by either me or my husband in the future. And she did all of this in 25 minutes! Thank you, Kimberly for your outstanding work and customer service! Your efforts are appreciated."
