"On March 25, 2023 an Amazon vehicle crashed into my parked car. A witness was able to photograph the Amazon vehicle and obtain a van number and license plate. The driver of the Amazon van fled the scene. A police report was filed for a hit and run. I contacted Amazon for assistance but was referred to ARC Claims. ARC was unresponsive for months and only contact me after I submitted a complaint to BBB. ARC would not assist me and deferred Zurich American which owned the insurance policy for the driver (Zurich American Insurance Company Policy # BAP337572202). Zurich refused to assist me and deferred me to Creative Risk Solutions (CRS).  CRS took over a month and then denied the claim request because they indicated the driver denied the incident."

"Don't bother trying to get them to pay out for the mistakes of their insured. Their insured left a road sign behind following a project that was kicked up into my vehicle a day after the cleanup of the project. After claiming that the sign was not used by the insured, and proof of otherwise being presented, their answer was more or less "it can't be proved". Well apart from me having circled back, stopped, and picked up the sign in the fast lane of a busy highway, I guess you're right. *shrug* On the contrary, maybe this should be a 5 star review, because they're very good at creatively not paying out liability."
