"Wow ... called their number during working hours in order to buy medical insurance while traveling. I was given two options: (1) Dial-by-name, and (2) the Operator. That's it. No sales line. So I switched to the Operator but there was no answer ... just a voice mail for someone named Stacy Wheeler. What kind of company throws away money by not even having an option to speak to a sales person? Well, so much for ITG. Imagine if you were having a medical emergency and couldn't even reach a human during working hours."
