"This afternoon, we had Wayne from WD Doors come to fix our double stall garage door. It had been making a very loud noise upon opening and was getting on our nerves! Wayne called earlier and his ETA was right on time! Wayne carefully surveyed the problem. It took him 40 minutes, but he got the job done. Not only is our door opening quietly, but he discovered some loose brackets and tightened them as well! He also checked our single stall door and adjusted it as well…..all within the 1 hour service call! This was our second positive experience with WD Doors and we will continue to call them again for any garage door issues! Theirs will be the first name we’ll use as a referral for our friends. "I backed into my door and the seal/retainer fell off. Wayne and Vi were able to come and replace/reattach the new pieces in a timely manner. Not to mention the work they did was great! I would highly recommend them and WD Door to others!"

"Strongly suggest to get any estimate in writing before proceeding with installation. I asked 3 - 4 times to the technician about springs cost before installing, he quoted me 130 labor plus 85-100 for springs with a total of $230. I was charged labor $130 plus $120/spring and got a response that it was just a miss communication. However Lowes and Home depot are selling the springs for $85 - 99 for 2 springs. No clue how these springs are different from the big box stores costing more than double. I strongly suggest enquiring other places"
