"I called Dave at 8:30 am about my grandson's mobile home furnace not working. By 9:30 am it was repaired and running. I can't say enough about the prompt no nonsense service, as he had all the parts that needed replaced in his service truck. There's no better service than that. Thank you Dave!!"

"Dave has installed two air conditioners for us at two separate locations. Both times he was awesome! Fair price (much lower than another quote I received), professional and knowledgeable. I called on Monday and he was able to look at it that evening and install it on Friday. The installation was quick and clean. Highly recommend Dave!!"

"So I am thinking my AC going out on July 4th weekend might be the worst timing ever but what can you do. Start calling around to be greeted with either voice mails or the 'we will call you back' Last night wasn't the worst night to have it out but then get a call at 8.15 from Stepp asking me if he could stop by, this happens, he realizes we need a new wheel and by 10.30 this morning they are back and have my AC back up and working. I can't emphasize enough how impressed I was with the overall service and how quickly they had me back up and running. As a side note, I had to ask if the invoice was correct as I thought it should have been more. Long story short, if you have AC needs this summer don't hesitate to reach out and call Stepp"

"We had a wonderful experience with Dave. He came out and filled our Freon days before anyone else could - even showing up after hours to get us taken care of (for significantly less than Davis Heating & Air quoted). He determined we had a leak and needed to replace our entire AC system. His prices were reasonable, offered prompt service, and unit included a 10-year warranty. He and his helper had the entire system installed and working in just over an hour. He is a hard-working, honest guy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks Dave!"
