"Honest, prompt and helpful come to mind when Adam from Ladco worked on my furnace. Thank you! Going to have to change my 5 star review to a 1 star. Since waldinger took over Ladco, it's been downhill, fast. The last straw for me was when my ac went out and they took 15 minutes repairing it with a generic brand capacitor. They charged me for an hour of labor - unfair, but common. Then they charged me almost $200 for the capacitor. So I had a backup for the next time, I bought one on Amazon for less than $20. When I called to confirm their $200 price, the lady on the phone said that the prices are correct. That's what her book tells her to charge. So I paid over $300 for 15 minutes of work and a $20 capacitor. Total ripoff. Go with a smaller company that still offers customer service."

"Waldinger was the sub contractor for installing the gas line to our whole house generator. Ryan had to install the gas line from the gas meter along the house foundation to the rear of our house. Gas line looks nice and level. Cleaned up well when completed. Answered questions and was very professional. Would recommend Waldinger Corp for this type of work."
