At my last visit they sourced a battery for my older lap top and had it ready for installation in a very reasonable amount of time. The technician called and let me know I had some programs on the computer eating up my processing speed. I requested they be removed. No issue. I picked up the computer and it looks and runs like new. Great customer service at their sales counter!"
