"I brought in my car and requested an alignment after rebuilding the rear end. They failed to touch the rear end and aligned the front end incorrectly. Had to take the car to Thys (Blairstown) to get the job done correctly. Joel was argumentative and asked me "is the rear end adjustable?" He was unable to accept that he made a mistake. They did refund my money but failed to accept constructive criticism. There are 2 adjustments on the rear end according to Thys, the Chilton and the Haynes manuals. Joel showed his lack of knowledge in a desperate attempt to control the situation."
