"I vetted a number of bids to replace my AC and in the end chose Lenz Heating and Cooling. I was impressed with the owner, Al Lenz, who is a former Marine who served 3 tours in Afghanistan. Al's obvious business philosophy is to do what's right for the customer. Not only was his bid very competitive, but he insisted on correcting some of the things with my furnace set up that weren't right - at no charge. Speaking of which, he doesn't charge diagnostic fees, overtime fees, or trip charges. And his maintenance contract price is extremely reasonable. My first year was included with my purchase, but I definitely plan on signing up the maintenance next year. The guys who came for my install were very professional and polite. I am very pleased with the choice I made!"
