"Great service and quality! John came out to fix our garbage disposal and install a new faucet. He was great at communicating to me what he was going to do. He explained to me the work that needed to be done and what the cost would be and gave me a few different options. He did not try to push me into paying for anything that wasn’t needed. He was very friendly and even carried a conversation with me while he was working. This is the second time he has come to my house to help us and he gave excellent service both times! Negative temps outside and tons of snow on top of a water heater that was not functioning as it should… Lazer was able to come same day of my call, diagnose the issue and replace the water heater a couple days after.
