"I placed an order for soil, and received an email containing the receipt. That was the only correspondence I ever received, no ETA or anything aside from a order number. I requested an update, and was told that they were going to be sending me my package, and was told that it was on its way, being sent to a state I do not live in. I responded with my invoice, and never heard back. I requested a refund directly from my bank as I didn't want to get the run around from the sites owners. It's a shame, their products look great and it seems like no one else who's posted a review has not had any issues."
