"I like to use my Google reviews to truly help people and I will usually go back to a place and give them more than just one chance before I post a review on here. I ordered flowers from the Flower Bed for someone anonymously and selected the date that I wanted them to be delivered. I received the acknowledgement of the order and found out a few days later that the order was NOT actually delivered on the date that I had requested and no contact was made to make me aware of the delay. I was looking at local flower shops for my nieces wedding bouquet and decided to try the Flower Bed again. I went to the Facebook page and looked at it a little bit and decided to contact them about doing the bouquet. I waited for a response and saw that the message had been read. I waited a few more days and messaged again asking for a response. The response I received was, to me, a snide comment about the previous message being ignored. He told me in the message he would not be able to do the flowers, which I understand, however it still did not negate the fact that if you allow messages on your business page you should respond in a polite and timely manner."
