"They add a $25 service fee right at the end. Feels scammy. Why a service fee, why wouldn't it just be part of the price? Maybe this normal, but on a $60 order adding $25 service fee is weird."

"My aunt ordered me a bouquet for my birthday (the 27th of February) and got confirmation that they were delivered. She found out two days later that I never got them. The driver said "nobody lives there," when it's super obvious our house has people living here. They were supposed to deliver them the 2nd after 6pm but came early and nobody was home and then they were supposed to deliver them tonight (the 3rd) around 6 and it's 7pm....still no flowers. They should have never confirmed delivery in the first place and reached out to her, this whole thing has been handled so poorly I'm stunned. Edit: the manager just dropped them off and was very apologetic as well as professional and sweet. I'm assuming I just got unlucky and had a rare bad expierence but because they confirmed delivery without telling my aunt otherwise, I'm keeping my rating the same."

On one of their busiest days she tracked down my order, made sure it hadn't yet been delivered and had the address corrected for me. I was very thankful that she was able to help me make the correction so the right person got the flowers!"
