"Came in today at about 12:30 in need of a floral arrangement for a funeral service beginning at 1 (I know, incredibly last minute, long story). There was only one lady working at the time and a few customers behind me but she quickly put together a beautiful bouquet and helped me select a couple peace lilies to go alongside the arrangement, all before 1pm! Wonderful customer service and efficiency!"
"This store is absolutely gorgeous. It's our favorite store that is on/off the square. They have seasonal decor, gifts, fresh flower bouquets (in the floral part of the store) and even tanning beds. The tanning beds are unlike any I've ever seen. They also used to have a sauna with light therapy. I definitely recommend checking this store out. It's very cohesively eclectic. You're guaranteed to find something for everyone here."
"I love this charming shop!! I can never leave empty-handed. We recently needed flowers fast for a funeral & Sherri was amazing. Excellent selection of fresh flowers to choose from & a wonderful job arranging them. Very reasonable prices for such quality & done in a timely fashion. TY so much, my family is grateful!!"
"i do not suggest ever using The Finishing Touch aka Rhapsody Rose in winterset for flowers. i ordered flowers over the phone on the 9th for my stepdaughters funeral. the lady that took my order did not have any examples of what bouquts or arrangements they had, she just asked me what am i willing to spend and told me she would make something with that amount. she promised to send me a picture of the arrangement that i paid $50.15 for. I never got it. We have been trying to get thru to them since that weekend. I got thru today and the lady that answered today told me they have no pictures of this arrangement. and made it sound like if we had been at the funeral this wouldnt be a problem that their business did not provide good service or follow thru with their promises. Horrible customer service!!!"
