"Hired them to complete the following for the final inspection of our house. It was empty. People came over we did not know about, dispute about the potential buyer or friends of the person supposed to be working on our house, all on camera's! "Install non-corrugated drainpipe from disposal to P trap and attach dishwasher drain hose to prevent back flow." The sinks were supposed to be tightened which was not completed so the following was done; Bill was $436 for half an hour of work. Billed us for 4 hours, did refund for 1 hour of work after my wife emailed the owner and complained. Would not advise having them do anything without knowing the cost or who is going to be in your house!"
"Backlund Plumbing was contracted by MUD to do a camera scope of my plumbing to make sure they hadn't done any damage.. The dispatcher that scheduled the appointment was beyond polite!! Their technician Mike was incredible!! He was very polite, explained what he was doing, he explained that the lines to the street were full of tree roots (landlords' problem) and cleaned up after himself.. If I ever were to need a plumber, I would definitely recommend Backlund and Mike!!"
