"Withheld money from me on my claim made me jump through hoops, over and over again while I was sick. Screwed up my taxes awful company. Hope I never have to use them again! One operator in long-term disability was rude to me when I was upset over them screwing up my taxes. Had to explain to her. I’m a customer I’m the one that gets to be upset not you. Short term, disability agent had poor communication doesn’t answer her phone return phone calls all the time or emails made me jump through hoops and held money from me."
