"Bernie was great to work with! My mother-in-law went out of town for her birthday but didn't tell my husband so she wasn't at work when Bernie stopped by to deliver her birthday flowers. At the moment we though she had just taken the day off so Bernie drove over to Glidden to try to make the delivery. Of course no one answered the door since she was out of town. Bernie had another delivery that the arrangement would work for and so she used it for that other order and when my mother-in-law was back in town a week later she made a fresh bouquet to deliver. Bernie was very accommodating and helpful! She kept me in the loop every step of the way."
