"Don’t even know what to say….. wife scheduled appointment to have a tire repaired with nail in it. She shows up and they tell her they can not work on the vehicle because there is something wrong with the suspension and tires were wearing unevenly? Keep in mind the vehicle is a 2022 and has. Less than 20k miles on it. My wife thinking something wrong with her vehicle takes it dealership. They find nothing wrong with suspension or alignment on vehicle. They repaired the tire…… managed to spend a whole day to get a simple tire repair completed. Thank you"

"I’m at this location currently and wanted to share my experience. They are clearly extremely busy right now taking care of all the post winter storm tire issues. As a result, they are understandably unable to offer certain free services today. I came in and explained to the Manager that due to medical issues, I was unable to go to a self-service place and do it myself and was afraid that I was going to end up with a flat tire. I even offered to pay for this typically free service. Despite being visibly (and extremely) busy, he agreed to help me…and refused to let me pay. Thank you guys so much for helping me out! You are my go-to location for tire needs from now on."

"I am eternally grateful to the folks at this discount tire! I found a flat this evening within an hour of their closing time. When I called to see if they could squeeze me in, Pete let me know I would have to wait a little while but assured me they could get me in and fixed up. The staff was awesome! They got me in right before they closed, and stayed well after close to get two new tires installed on my car. I can’t recommend them enough!"

"I have used Discount Tire for years and would highly recommend them!!! The service is amazing! They fix tires for free as a good gesture for anyone. They have great tires and are always competitive on prices. The best part is that being a specialty shop, you come in for tires, and they sell you tires. There is no coming in for one thing and then being sold a bunch of additional work / products."

"I love Discount Tire for its selection, reasonable prices and no charge winter tire change over. However, making an appointment means little when being there for no charge services. Walk ins that are paying customers seem to go first, based on my observation. I waited 90 minutes from the time of my appointment until my tire change over was done (actual time in bay was less than 15 min). So a 5 star for everything offset by a 1 star for their long wait times"
