What I appreciated was the honesty and saying how he could send people the next day when the hourly rate would be normal to finish the job. The next day two people called right away in the morning and they were able to squeeze us in that same day! B&B has also come to fix a furnace problem that we had a couple years ago, and gave us tips to help us keep it running smooth in the future. They're quick and do great work."
