"Mark was amazing with helping us to replace our 34 year old couch and matching chair. He even came by to check if our springs needed replacing or just the old used foam. I would highly recommend his work for several reasons: He’s good at what he does. You know what he says will happen because he communicates with you. The quality of his items are top notch. He’s upfront about costs. We needed to replace the batting around our foam which he said would be an additional amount. We agreed before we did any repairs. He’s down to earth and personable. It’s something that big store chains are lacking - human interaction. Mark worked with our schedule so that we could get our cushions replaced. After about a week’s use of the cushions, they are holding well and I don’t drop in between the pads anymore. My kids actually sit on the couch rather than bounce on them and make houses out of the cushions. I highly recommend Mark for his work and repairs. I am grateful that we were able to have his help to keep our couch and chair going! I added pictures of our couch and chair before and one of the couch after!"
