My local location said there wasn't an Iowa City store, come to find out there was and this flowerama reached out to that location and walk them through placing the order. The flowers were delivered this particular location most definitely will get my business."

"The owner, Tamy, was fabulous to work with and created a beautiful and thoughtful arrangement within a few days for a celebration of life. Based on the location and timing of pick-up, she made adjustments to make sure the flowers would withstand the commute and time. Her staff member was also very helpful over the phone, attentive, and followed up with me. Tamy is a very hardworking owner of a local business and it shows in her masterpieces. Thanks, Tamy!"

"EDIT: I read the negative reviews and want everyone to know that you should always call the shop directly. I used to be co-owner of a shop years ago. If you order online you aren't getting your money's worth. The corporate 1-800flowers takes a cut from the order off the top. The florist who gets the order fulfills it based on what they get. ALWAYS call a brick and mortar shop. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and asked for a round, colorful arrangement. Daughter's nickname when she was little was Sweet Pea so I had them put that on the card. When I got the pictures of the arrangement, I was happy to see they included some actual Sweet Pea. Thanks for the beautiful bouquet!"

"If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I called and ordered a large arrangement for Valentine's day for my wife to be delivered to her workplace. At 5pm I asked her if she received anything today and she said no. I contacted the store and a worker stated they were still getting orders out, that they had 150 orders to deliver. I just asked for them to please get it delivered soon and call back if they couldn't. The delivery driver called me at 6 to let me know she tried and couldn't get in. I told her that was odd they have been delivering all day. She said she would keep trying. At 7pm they still hadn't been delivered and my wife gets off at 730. I called and spoke with the owner Tammy and she was extremely rude and condescending. I asked her that if she couldn't get it delivered she could refund me. I had hoped that my wife's co workers could see the arrangement. At 720 the delivery driver called to let me know they were delivered. Thank god for her! I would stay away from this place. I ordered 18 long stem roses and were given 12. This is INSANE! The management is as poor as it gets. How people get away with being rude to their customers and still get customers is beyond me. Buyer beware!"
