"This jewelry store is awesome. I had a robbery, and the thieves took a good share of my jewelry to pawn it at Siegel's. I was gone a couple weeks before coming home to find my family jewelry and much else gone. The thing that meant the most was my late husband wedding ring. Siegel staff were so helpful( me crying my eyes out) to locate not only his ring but a couple of my pieces that were family heirlooms. The few pieces they found meant the world to me. "I've done business with Siegels for decades. Most of my tools have come from there. I have always found them willing to listen to my offer. They appreciate if you do your homework, know what you want and have an idea of what you're willing to pay. We also had some ring sizing done. They did an excellent job for a very fair price. So much so that we went back and bought a plain band for the wife for times when she doesn't want to wear the diamonds. I have not seen the owner for years. I understand he's retired from actively working. The new generation is just as good though. Tim, the pawn-side manager, is a straight shooter. He'll treat you with respect and dignity."
