"Ordered Corsage and Boutonnière from here, based on a referral. Price and quality was nice - but when I picked it up It wasn’t what I had asked for. One employee was accommodating and added the colors that I had previously requested, the high school worker, however, was argumentative and not helpful in the least. She argued with me that they weren’t the ones who took the order. I’m not sure how it is My fault as the client that my request didn’t get relayed to them, but arguing with the customer was off putting. Will not go back. I would encourage owners or senior staff to remind those less experienced staff that being helpful vs, combative will help the business."
