"I have an IRA with one of there affiliated companies which has only made $80.00 according to my statement from January 2023. The IRA has an 8 year sentence. I keep trying to speak to SAMMONS CEO ESFAND DINSHAW but cannot obtain any contact information for him to try to get out of this without penalties against my IRA. When you can't reach out to corporate it seems like a scam. My policy is through Flying Eagle Financial, part of North American Financial which is another affiliate of Sammons. Take your business elsewhere"

"Please properly aerate your pond in front of your building. I live in the apartments nearby and there have been several times this year that geese have gotten frozen in your pond and then died a horrible death because they either freeze or starve. If you're going to have a pond to make your building have curb appeal, it might help not to have dead geese and ducks frozen in it. It's disheartening because there's nothing I can do to help them get out of there, while you just let them sit there and die. There's clearly something wrong with your aeration system, or it wouldn't freeze, just like Avera's doesn't. What's wrong with you?"

I was told then that the necessary forms to discuss renewal would be mailed out directly to me. I waited two weeks for the forms, and when I contacted them again to ask why I had not received them, I was informed that it would be another week. Are you serious? In this digital age of information exchange, Sammons STILL chooses to work in the 20th Century with a paper chain of inter-office requests and processing, and then by snail-mail?! Come on, get up to speed with the 21st Century, Sammons! Very disappointing, to say the least. It sure makes me want to look elsewhere for my insurance needs."
